Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RepTimer mobile application ("App"), provided by Ceeland ("Ceeland", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RepTimer. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Use of the app; health disclaimer
RepTimer provides workout timing, counting, and tracking tools for personal fitness use. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician or qualified professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. You assume all risks associated with physical exercise performed while using the App.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ceeland grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the App Store or Google Play usage rules that apply to you.
Your content
You retain ownership of the workout plans, notes, and images you create in the App. Since this content is stored on your device and is not uploaded to our servers, we do not access, store, or claim any rights to it unless you voluntarily share it with us, for example by attaching it to a support request.
Subscriptions and purchases
RepTimer may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases billed by the App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing frequency, and any free trial terms are displayed before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription, and request refunds, through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; Ceeland does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract its source code except as permitted by law, interfering with its normal operation, or using it in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
The App, including its design, graphics, text, and underlying software, is owned by Ceeland or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you in the App.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceeland is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
