Privacy Policy

Overview
RepTimer is developed and published by Ceeland ("Ceeland", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information RepTimer collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. RepTimer is designed to work with minimal data collection: you do not need to create an account, and your workout plans and history are stored locally on your device.
Information we collect
RepTimer does not collect or store personal data on our servers for its core functionality (creating workout plans, running the timer, and viewing history), and we do not currently use any analytics or crash-reporting SDK. If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the content of your message, solely to respond to you.
Data stored on your device
Workout plans, exercise settings, session history, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to export or share it yourself, and it is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
RepTimer offers optional premium features through in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. To manage entitlements, RepTimer uses RevenueCat, a subscription infrastructure provider, which receives a randomly generated app user identifier, your purchase and subscription history, and basic device information needed to validate purchases. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment card details, which are handled directly by Apple or Google. You can review RevenueCat's privacy practices at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, RepTimer schedules local notifications directly on your device using the operating system's notification service. These reminders are generated and delivered on-device only; no reminder content or schedule is sent to our servers.
Sharing your results
The Share feature generates an image of your workout summary on your device. Nothing is uploaded to Ceeland when you use this feature — the image is only sent wherever you choose using your device's native share sheet.
Planned features
We plan to offer optional syncing with Apple Health or Google Fit in a future update. That feature will be off by default and will only run after you grant the relevant permission; we will update this Privacy Policy before it becomes available.
Children's privacy
RepTimer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information through support correspondence, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and your rights
Locally stored workout data is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve your request. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you (for example under the GDPR or CCPA); contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information sent to us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Since your workout data is stored on your device, keeping your device secure (for example with a passcode) helps protect that data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and significant changes may also be announced in the app.
